Security & Compliance
How does Fensivo handle my employees' personal data? Fensivo operates as a Data Processor under Colombia's Law 1581 of 2012 and Decree 1377 of 2013. The contracting company is the Data Controller and authorizes processing through a data agreement.
Do employees know they are being evaluated? The notification policy is defined by the contracting company through its own internal regulations, as the Data Controller. Fensivo provides the framework for that communication to be made in accordance with the law.
What does Fensivo do with the leaked credentials it finds? It classifies them by criticality, alerts the security team in under 60 seconds, and triggers a specific simulation for the affected person. It does not expose or store the password in plain text.
Does Fensivo comply with enterprise security standards? The platform uses TLS 1.3 and AES-256 encryption, AWS infrastructure, role-based access control, and audit logs. Data handling is governed by Law 1581 of 2012.
Does Fensivo use open-source intelligence about my employees? Open-source enrichment capabilities are in development and will only be activated after the corresponding legal validation under data protection regulations.
